Dkok Terms & Conditions – Clear, Simple, and Straightforward

Before opening an account with dkok, you must confirm that you meet all of the following conditions. By creating an account with dkok, you agree to all of these terms.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. If the applicable age limit under your country's laws is higher, that limit applies.
• All information provided at registration — including your name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth — must be accurate and genuine.
• Opening more than one account using the same mobile number, email address, or device is strictly prohibited.
• You are registering this account for yourself only. Opening an account on behalf of someone else, or using another person's details, is strictly not allowed.
• Only use dkok if online gaming is not prohibited under the laws of your country.

After registration, dkok will send an OTP to your mobile number. Use it to activate your account. Without verification, access to certain features may be restricted. Full verification with your National ID is mandatory before making large withdrawals.

All players must follow the rules below while playing at dkok. These rules apply equally to everyone — no exceptions.

• Every game outcome is entirely random, determined by a third-party audited RNG.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will be saved on the server and will be visible once you reconnect.
• The use of bots, automated software, or cheating tools of any kind is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes will result in permanent account closure.
• Placing bets in Sports Betting based on match-fixing or insider information is illegal and a direct violation of dkok's Terms & Conditions.

* Single-event winnings of up to ৳৳ 1 কোটি are paid out automatically. Amounts exceeding this will be verified and processed by the Finance team.

All financial transactions at dkok are fully transparent. We charge no hidden fees. However, there are important rules that all members must follow.

• Minimum deposit: ৳৳ 500 (bKash, Nagad, Rocket); ৳৳ 5,000 (Bank Transfer).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit (where applicable).
• To prevent money laundering, dkok requires mandatory KYC verification for transactions above a certain amount.
• Fraudulent payments or chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action.

Dkok regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms. The general bonus conditions are outlined below.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements are generally 20x to 40x the bonus amount (varies per offer).
• Winnings from one promotion cannot be used to meet the wagering requirements of another.
• Voucher codes are single-use only and must be redeemed within the specified validity period.
• Unofficial bonus codes obtained outside of dkok are not valid.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, dkok may investigate and cancel the bonus if necessary.

Dkok places the highest priority on protecting your personal and financial data. Here's what we do – and what you need to do on your end.

Dkok will never ask for your password. If anyone claims to be from dkok and requests your password, they are a fraudster.

• Never share your account password with anyone — not even dkok support.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled – it's the strongest layer of protection for your account.
• Report any suspicious activity to dkok live chat immediately.

• All transaction logs are retained for up to 5 years.

Dkok believes gaming should be a source of fun, not stress. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Never bet more than you can afford to lose without experiencing financial or emotional stress.
• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on dkok.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 1 day and 6 months.

Dkok may temporarily or permanently close your account under the following circumstances.

• Violating any provision of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information or submitting forged documents during verification.

• Attempting to abuse bonuses or commit fraud.
• Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• At your own request (self-exclusion or permanent closure).

Before closing your account, dkok will notify you via email or SMS (except in urgent cases). Any valid balance will be returned through the designated process.

If you're dissatisfied with anything, follow dkok's complaints process. We take every complaint seriously.

Dkok uses server logs, game history, and payment records to resolve all disputes. Your input is considered before any final decision is made.
